heres the low poly hyde all baked off. Man i look at the first hyde test and i almost cringe.


heres a full body of shuu, shes around 80% complete, so close! and the 2 heads of hyde before and after transformed states. Also I did a big ass render of Shuu's skin using some advance raytrace rendering thingy excuse the wierdness of her eye area theres no alphas so its making her eyes look a little wierd but you get the point i guess.

willow wip 01


theres some awesome progress happening guys, good work all round, well with some help from dan and mashru mishru i decided to learn to texture clothes from scratch again, heres how far i got.

Not too happy with the way it looks, making big trees is difficult!

100 posts + basic udk shots

edit: did a quick paintover, should look more like this when done.
also added a couple of extra assets that we kind of overlooked that will complete the scene (clock, desk), which I plan to make as well at some point. they're simple so it shouldn't take too long.

the shell only has a basic texture and isn't uved properly
having the shell done will add a lot to the level imo
still quite a few peices of furniture to put in as well
scaling is much better now too

brief change

need to have a meeting with you guys about changing some aspects of the brief, no worries this will not affect the enviroment guys but more to do with me and del i just want to run it by you guys first. if you guys can be in the labs on thursday (tomorrow) at 4! I will try and get in contact with you guys before it happens to remind you!

P.S. keep going dave im really impressed maybe knock out 4 more assets before monday? that would be great dude!

bin needs work, and looks like it's something else I need to use projection texturing on since I can't avoid seams on the bin liner
also the specular looks so bad - I guess it could do with a normal map too

the paper sheets and books are separate object and share a different texture map to the main desk so they can be reused as assets in the level (books on bookshelf, messy papers etc)
